WILDCHILD

DJ WILDCHILD, aka Madyson Patterson, is originally from Portland, Oregon and now calls DC home. She's a Howard University alumna with a B.S. in Psychology, and currently a second-year Developmental Psychology PhD student at Howard.

WILDCHILD's sound is defined by range, shaped by cultures and communities far beyond any one genre. Amapiano, Afrobeats, Afrohouse, and South African dance music sit closest to her heart, while her West Coast upbringing and Howard University roots round out a sound that's diverse, layered, and always evolving.
